Would I accept less for something in my store?
It all depends on the item and the amount offered. I am willing to entertain any reasonable offer but reserve the right to refuse the offer based on your offer and my purchase price to obtain the item. It never hurts to ask me though.

What Payments Do You Accept
I prefer PayPal, but will accept cashiers check or a U.S. Postal Service Money Order. I will NOT accept Western Union Money Orders.

Do You Sell to International Buyers?
Yes I offer my items to international buyers in certain countries. Please contact me to be sure that I will ship to your country. I will need your postal code to calculate shipping unless your country is already on my list. Buyer pays for all shipping cost, international buyers please keep in mind that when shipping internationally the cost are typically much higher and it may take longer to receive your item. Also the buyer is responsible for any duties/tariffs and/or customs charges that may be applicable regarding the item you purchased. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
I try to keep shipping cost as low as possible. So I have selected several shipping delivery options for you to chose from. Preferred method of shipping is the USPS but will consider FedEx or UPS. Please unless you are purchasing a media item such as a book, dvd, movie or the like please do not select media mail as your shipping option bc that will not be the correct method.

What shipping method is used on listings page?
I have postage in my store listings for calculated shipping. For most international buyers I will need your country of origin to determine international shipping. Also please be aware of terms in regards to international shipping.

How do I contact seller if I have a question?
If you should have a question please go to the ask seller question link on the page the item in question is being offered.

How do I know if an item is available?
Most items will be removed upon sale. However, to be on the safe side I would suggest that you contact me via email at 2janie@gmail to be sure item is available before just making a payment.

What is required to purchase from your store?
You must have a valid email address. If after I send you my thank you note after you place your order and the email is returned unknown sender or similiar then I will not honor your purchase and it will stay open for a serious buyer. Until payment is received for the item and the item is marked sold anyone can purchase it. This is why it is best to pay via PayPal to insure that another buyer does not purchase an item out from under you.

Yes, I will combine shipping when possible on mutliple items.

Is Shipping Insurance Required?
Insurance is HIGHLY recommended but not necessary. Although insurance is optional if you choose insurance the buyer pays all insurance and shipping cost. If you choose not to get insurance please be aware that I have absolutely no control over any damage to boxes or items during shipping and therefore will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.

Do you accept returns?
I do want you to be satisfied with your item and will except returns and issue a refund upon receipt of the item and ONLY if the item is grossly misrepresented. However, if the item is a DVD, or CD, and has been opened I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. If an item has to be returned, the cost of shipping to return the item back to me will be at your expense and refunds will only be for the amount of the item. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

How soon is payment due and how often do you ship items purchased?
Payment must be made immediately. However, please keep in mind that until the items is paid for another buyer could come along and purchase it out from under you. I will ship your item within the next 7 days after receiving payment usually as soon as payment is received I will ship the following day unless I can get to the Post Office on the same day of payment received. Buyer pays for all shipping cost, and insurance cost.
